Current data suggests that if workplaces do not have a culture where team members feel they can discuss their fears and feelings\, leaders will spend 90% of their time managing the behaviors that are a result of not speaking about those fears and feelings. \nThe unspoken is never benign. \nThese times of change\, division\, and even the everyday life and work demands we all have can be a lot\, maybe even too much. Creating courageous and healthy families and work cultures during this time\, especially at work\, means getting uncomfortable\, feeling our feelings\, speaking the unspoken\, owning the stories we make up\, practicing empathy with accountability\, and choosing courage. \nAbout the Courage is Built Here™ Training \nA Licensed Professional Counselor\, Justine Froelker has over 25 years of experience in mental health\, personal growth\, and professional development helping people live and lead with more courage. For eleven years\, she was certified in Dr. Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability\, courage\, and empathy.
