Grief does not stay neatly outside the workplace. It shows up in bodies, behavior,
performance, relationships, and trust, whether we acknowledge it or not.

This workshop explores how grief shows up at work and what it looks like to lead and
support people with compassion, clarity, and appropriate boundaries. Together, we’ll
talk about what helps, what harms, and how to create space for humanity without trying
to fix, rush, or avoid what cannot be fixed.

This workshop is for you if you want to:

• Better understand how grief shows up at work
• Support others with compassion without overstepping
• Lead with empathy while maintaining clear boundaries
• Feel more grounded and equipped when loss is present
