Watching someone muster up the courage to speak vulnerably about a deeply human struggle and be met with nothing but care, compassion, empathy—and a chorus of “you are so not alone, me too.”
In these moments, I get to witness something sacred. It’s like holy healing right before my eyes, and it never ceases to amaze me.
I promise that when you show up fully, people will also, more often than not, show up fully with you, and now you’re in it together, walking one another through it and home.
