Yesterday, I started the day leading a workshop on Working and Leading Across Generations with Internal Auditors.
Then Courage Circle.
Then an Accountability Session with a team who has been through my full training, where we named the tension, reminded each other of our deep roots, and practiced the hard conversations.
The day ended with a family walk and this guy.
Look at that face. He knows.
Entrepreneurship can feel like feast or famine, especially when it comes to the schedule and the to-do list. Right now I am in a full season. The kind where the busy work piles up fast and it is easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure what to focus on next.
These are the moments I am most grateful I have done my own courage work.
When I lean into my values, live from my deep roots, and stop trying to see the whole journey, I can take a breath, do the next right thing, and trust that somehow it will all get done.
That is not a productivity hack. That is courage work.
And it is available to all of us.
