Closing out Anders University with Courage.
This morning, I had the honor of leading a Courage is Built Here™ workshop with a Anders University cohort.
Together, we dug into real conversations about how we cope with stress at home and at work, how we operationalize trust, how our values show up in our behaviors (and where they don’t), and how the values of our organizations take shape through our choices.
We also talked about what it means to show up authentically as all of who we are in the spaces we exist in. Because when we do, we not only build healthier, more courageous work cultures, we create ones that are a whole lot more fun too.
So grateful to Courtney Seeber for continuing to bring the courage work to her leaders at Anders and for the opportunity to be part of the Anders University program.
