when people know they matter, they live empowered

What if it isn’t that they are too sensitive or too emotional?

What if they simply have courageously given themselves permission to finally feel it all?

When did we learn that we can’t or aren’t allowed to feel our feelings?

When did we learn to deny our humanity?

How did we forget that we all have the inherent need to feel seen, heard, known, loved, and accepted?

What would it be like to be part of creating the space and the culture where people can show up as their full selves and be seen and know that they matter?

Because people who feel seen know they matter. And when people know they matter, they live empowered. And empowered people are more likely to do the work, create and innovate, and love, live, and lead with courage.
