The Monday after a long, fun-filled holiday weekend,

may you remember to:
take a lot of deep breaths.
drink water with minerals.
take screen breaks.
maybe send that email tomorrow instead.
move your body and work up a sweat.
give yourself permission that the whole to-do list doesn’t have to be done today.
take a real lunch break with someone and have a great conversation.
drink some more of that water.
take some more of those deep breaths.
