Courage is Built Here™ Full Training April 7 – 9, 2027

Most people problems are conversations nobody is having.

Three days at Courage is Built Here™ gives you and your leaders the skills, tools, and language to have them. So you can finally have the conversations that matter, and witness your people and business grow.

Most leaders aren’t struggling because they’ve lost their skills or talents. They’ve lost themselves.

They’re exhausted. The people issues never resolve. They keep showing up for a role, or a life, that feels slightly out of alignment with who they actually are. And underneath all of it? There are conversations they’ve been avoiding. With their team. With their family. With themselves.

The unspoken is never benign.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, a small business owner, a corporate leader, or leading a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, this training is for you. Because courageous people make courageous teams. And courageous teams make courageous cultures.

Courage is Built Here™ is three days of real work. Not theory. Not a motivational retreat. The kind of work that changes how you lead, how you love, and how you show up for yourself and everyone you lead and love.

What Changes After Three Days

You will not leave with a binder that sits on a shelf. You will leave doing things differently. Five pathways. Five sets of behaviors people can see.

Feel It All: Better decisions under pressure

You name what you feel in real time and use it as data. Fewer reactive calls. Fewer messes to clean up later. Decisions that match your values when the stakes are highest.

Embody Again: Capacity that lasts

You keep daily practices that protect your energy and keep your commitments to yourself. Less burnout. More of you left at the end of the day for the people you lead and love.

Be Fully You: Trust that speeds everything up

You show up real, drop the old scripts, and recover quickly from mistakes. Your team stops performing and starts telling the truth. Problems surface early, when they are still small.

Love Others Well: Hard conversations happen on time

You name shame, practice empathy, communicate clearly, hold boundaries, and give courageous feedback. Less backchanneling, blaming, and gossip. Less time managing people problems. More time leading.

Do the Work: Change that sticks

You restory the stories holding you back and prove it with actions, commitments, and accountability. The work turns into behavior you and your team can see and measure.

For the CEO Deciding Who to Send

You are already paying for the absence of courage. It shows up as turnover. As burnout. As the same people problems on your calendar every single week.

Gallup estimates that replacing one leader costs about twice their salary. Building a leader who stays, speaks up, and has the hard conversation on time costs a fraction of that.

Keep one leader who would have walked and this training has paid for itself many times over. Add the hours your leaders get back from backchanneling, blaming, and avoiding conversations, and the return keeps growing.

Growth multiplies whatever is already in your culture. Courage is Built Here™ makes sure what gets multiplied is trust, clarity, and ownership.

Courage is the best investment on your P&L. It is built here.

We are happy to extend a 10% discount off the listed prices for 3 or more team members from the same organization registering together. The discount will be applied in the cart. Want to bring the full training to your whole team? Reach out to info@justinefroelker.com to book a call.

About the Training

Justine Froelker is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in mental health, personal growth, and leadership development. She is the creator of the Courage is Built Here™ curriculum, built from over two decades of working with hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders across every industry.

This is the work that changes everything.

The work of courage doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s done together, in spaces where we can be seen and supported. That’s exactly what this full curriculum training is all about.

This will be an immersive walk through Courage is Built Here™ curriculum. You will complete an 80-page workbook, packed with tools, skills, and language that supports living a courageous life. By the end, you will walk away with a certificate of completion, a full toolbox, and a community of brave souls to do this work with you.

Who Needs to Attend

What Our Three Days Look Like

Day One: We Set the Space
We welcome all of you, every part. We learn our values. We explore emotional wellbeing and authenticity. This is where we begin.

Day Two: We Practice
We practice authenticity. We practice self-compassion and empathy. We have curious, courageous conversations. Real ones.

Day Three: We Take It Home
We operationalize trust. We restory our story. We embed the work into our actual lives, the ones you’re going back to.

Throughout all three days, we move. We take breaks. We step outside. There are snacks. Lunch is together, in community, if that’s what you want. We laugh. We might cry. We make some art.

This is not a lecture. It is not a sit-still-and-take-notes kind of three days. It is real work, done at a human pace, in a room full of people doing it with you.
