When it comes to work, keeping great talent requires cultures where people feel safe, seen, and supported. We need the language and tools to have courageous conversations.
Current data suggests that if workplaces lack a culture where team members feel safe discussing their fears and feelings, leaders end up spending 90% of their time managing the behaviors that stem from that silence.
The unspoken is never benign.
What goes unsaid festers. Courage means we name what needs to be named.
These times of change, division, and even the everyday demands of life and work can feel like too much. Creating courageous and healthy families and work cultures requires us to get uncomfortable, feel our feelings, speak the unspoken, own the stories we make up, practice empathy with accountability, and choose courage, every single day.
About the Courage is Built Here™ Training
For over 25 years, Justine Froelker has been helping people live, love, and lead with more courage. After more than a decade of facilitating Dare to Lead™, Justine is now sharing her own full curriculum, built from decades of experience and shaped by hundreds of real-world trainings and workshops.
This immersive training walks you through Justine’s Courage is Built Here™ curriculum, grounded in real-life experience and deep, transformational work. You’ll complete an 80-page workbook packed with tools, language, and strategies to help you live and lead with more courage.
By the end of the training, you’ll walk away with:
- A certificate of completion
- A full courage toolbox to use in life and leadership
- A community of brave souls to continue doing the work with
The work of courage doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s done together in spaces where we are seen, supported, and held accountable in love.

This training is for anyone who wants to grow in their leadership and life. Whether you’re a seasoned leader, an emerging voice, or simply someone committed to doing the deep work of courage, this space is for you.

Training Details
Date: September 24–26, 2025
Location: Five Oaks on Warson, 1200 N Warson, Olivette, MO 63132
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM each day
Lunch, light snacks, and beverages will be provided daily.
If you’re traveling to St. Louis, most hotel brands are available within ten minutes of the venue in Maryland Heights, Clayton, or near the airport. We’re happy to provide recommendations—just reach out.
To obtain your certificate of completion and for the safety and connection of the group, participants must be present for all three days in their entirety.
This course does not offer continuing education credit. However, Courage is Built Here™ leadership competencies can often be submitted for approval. We’re happy to provide full learning objectives for your licensing organization.
