The Story
You’re tired. Maybe more than tired, if you’re honest, “not okay” is closer to it.
You don’t need another pep talk. You need a little inspiration, and something more useful than that: real tools you can actually use — at home, at work, this week — to make change that sticks.
That’s what this morning is for.
Courage is Built Here™ is my signature keynote, and on October 9th I’m bringing it to Monarch Meadows Retreat for one free, live morning session. Whether courage feels like a stretch right now or you’re just curious what’s next for you, this is a place to start.
Here’s the plan:
- Register — it’s free, it takes two minutes, and space is limited.
- Bring — your fully charged phone. And if you have a nice camera and know how to take great shots, I’d love for you to bring that too. In exchange for the free keynote, I’d appreciate it if you took photos of me speaking and of the property to share on your socials and with me to use in my marketing.
- Arrive by 8:30 AM for doors and check-in, then settle in for the 9:00–10:30 AM keynote at Monarch Meadows Retreat.
- Leave with something real — inspiration, yes, but more than that: practical tools for sustainable change, not just a good feeling that fades by lunch.
- Stay for the property tour from 10:30–11:30 AM, if you’d like, so you can see all that Monarch Meadows Retreat has to offer.
This Is For You If:
- You’re feeling worn down and want a spark of real inspiration plus tools you can put to work right away.
- You’ve seen this keynote before and want the updated version.
- You loved it the first time and want to bring your boss, your spouse, your teen, or your best friend this time.
- You’ve been curious about Monarch Meadows Retreat and want an easy, no-cost reason to finally visit.
- You’re the decision-maker (or hold the budget) at an organization and hope to bring a full training or keynote into your team; this is your chance to see the work live before you book it.
Don’t Let This Be the Morning You Skipped
You already know what staying stuck and beyond burned out feels like. This is one morning to feel something different — and to walk away with tools that outlast it.
Space is limited. Registration is required.
Hosted at Monarch Meadows Retreat, a six-acre property with a historic sanctuary and retreat house that is being intentionally and lovingly restored for teams and communities to connect, restore, and choose courage.
