Who is eligible for consulting with Justine?
Consulting is available only to leaders and teams that have already completed the full Courage is Built Here™ training. Because everyone shares the same language and tools, we can move straight into assessment and recommendations — no back-tracking required.
How is consulting different from the initial training?
Training delivers the skills. Consulting diagnoses what’s happening now and prescribes what to do next. Think of a consulting session as a strategic health check: we audit behaviors, systems, and culture, then provide a clear-eyed report and action plan. Implementation of the plan is owned by you.
What consulting formats are available?
Justine offers both virtual and in-person consulting sessions, including:
- Accountability Check-Ins, which are ongoing audits to track progress and recalibrate recommendations
- Targeted Consulting Sessions, which include short-term deep dives on specific issues, relationships, or change initiatives
