Who are you?

Our values aren’t what have been put on us from our family of origin.

They aren’t who the world tells us to be or who we think we are supposed to be.

They are our deeply held beliefs. The things that help us get through the dark and tough seasons. They are what makes us weirdly and maybe even a little irrationally passionate about certain things. They are the hills we die on.

Who are you?

What makes you you?

I love teaching the values lesson, and today I got to do it with @anderscpa! See you next month for Vulnerability!
