Walk it out.

Four years ago, @rmccrea79, took a chance on me and brought me into work with the ALDP program at Commerce Bank . Since then, I have been honored to bring this courage work every year to the program.

Then, the amazing Gretchen Pettet joined me for one of my full trainings last summer.

Which culminated in wrapping up my first full training with the ALDP leaders and DEI Team of Commerce in Kansas City yesterday.

Gosh, the goodness, the joy, the care, and the courage in and between these people and the space we shared the last three days is something that will stick with me forever. It was such a great cohort, and I am so, so, so grateful to each of these leaders for leaning in with me and choosing to turn toward themselves and one another.

I am beyond grateful!!!

Now go walk it out, my friends!!! ?
