I wonder what it would be like if we all took a beat, a bit of a pause, and got curious about that really strong opinion we are having.

Where is it coming from?

What is this really about?

What’s the story I am making up?

Could it be possible it is way more about me, my past, my old hurts and traumas, than anything?

Do I really need to express it?

How could I express it with kindness, curiosity, and through and for connection?

Oh what a world that would be…
