we all fear and we all love

What are they afraid of?

Who do they love?

Something that is helping me right now is remembering that we all both desperately love someone and are desperately afraid of something. And that we often react from that love and fear in not awesome ways that can create harm and hurt.

It is this curiosity that helps remind me that we have more in common than we don’t; we all fear and we all love. Even if the things and people we fear and love are different.

It also means that to continue to remember this and live extending this grace, I must put boundaries in place when your reactions create harm and hurt that are not okay.

What are they afraid of?

Who do they love?
