Fill up to give.
After many weeks of my prep, rest, and refill season that included lots of calls, designing new workshops, tons of emails, learning to crochet, many books consumed, puppy cuddles, body work and healing, fun, and rest, I am back full
Some truth for you to remember today
I am apologetically full of..
a little extra grace, love, and curiosity
Will I keep believing that people are doing their best?
It never fails. The days I teach the 'are people doing their best?' lesson, the foundation of oozing grace that I live from is challenged.
When you walk out of a room what leaves with you?
Stop going to an empty well looking for water.
Have courageous conversations, set boundaries, go find what you need from somewhere else, and at times give yourself permission to love/lead people from afar.
there are days, I have to remind myself to rely on the data
I am over twenty years into working with thoughts, feelings, and walking alongside others as they rewrite their stories and stand in their truth. I am over eight years into teaching the courage work of Dr. Brené Brown.
You don’t know…
Because you don't know what it takes for someone to show up in the world.
The most courageous never give up.
accepting the unacceptable with boundaries, from grace, and in the truth of keeping our okay
Another day of no power and watching the biggest tree I’ve ever seen be taken down piece by piece.
Much like this huge tree, what we are facing, the looming list, the overwhelm of life is too big to tackle all by ourselves and with one big chop.
