Learning, living, and breathing the work

My husband Chad, if you’ve heard me teach,
you probably look forward to meeting him in person one day,
sent me his Leader Assessment from work.
He was reviewed as empathy being one of his stronger traits,
and I am not sure I’ve ever been prouder of him and the work I teach
that he is forced to learn, live, and breathe with me
even if it doesn’t come as naturally to him as it does me.

I replied to his email that his teacher must be outstanding.
To which he replied, “and free!”

You sure about that, babe? ??
