Justine Froelker quote about curiosity and accountability

Clear is kind and kind is connection.

Some people live only from their own narrow and limited lens—with no curiosity, no compassion, just a persistent need to be right and to disagree.

First: These are not my people.
Second: I choose to meet them with what they often refuse to offer the world—loving curiosity.

How did you become so hurt, so disconnected from yourself, that you now hurl your pain onto others? Onto the people you lead, live with and love, or consume online?

Third: Seeking to understand your pain is not the same as excusing harmful behavior.

Curiosity doesn’t cancel accountability.
Both are required.

Because clear is kind. And kind is connection. And connection is the only way we heal.
