Honored, grateful, and inspired

Three districts. Five sessions. And that’s a wrap on my Back to School week! ?

Bayless School District, North Kirkwood Middle School, and Affton School District, thank you for choosing to invest and pour into your people through trusting me to bring my courage work to your teams as you kick off the 2025–2026 school year.

It’s been a week full of laughter, courageous conversations, trust-building, and, most importantly, turning toward one another to best serve students and their families from our values and in courage.

I think the week, and my work, is best summed up in this incredible note a teacher sent to his superintendent:

“I wanted to express my sincere thanks for bringing in Justine Froelker to speak to us. This non-touchy-feely guy left an arguably touchy-feely presentation with a lot of notes and strategies to use both with students in the classroom and for my own self-care. I am also inspired to write some non-content-related bellwork for students as a result. So, again, thank you for the opportunity to listen to what Justine had to say.”

Just, wow.

Honored, grateful, and inspired by the incredible people I get to work with and this week, I truly had some of the best.

It is now time for some rest and refill for me, no talking and cabin time for the weekend. Because you can’t give what you don’t have.
