Empathy that holds. Connection that heals. Justine Froelker

It’s the only way to live.

After I thanked her for showing up and loving me, her text read:
“Showing up and loving each other—this is what we do.
Because it’s what you have taught me.
It’s the only way to live.”

When your people have done the courage work with you—or they’ve been reading, listening, and living it alongside you—they know how to show up with care that truly lands.
Empathy that holds.
Connection that heals.

I’ve felt it in full force these past few days.
In texts and voice messages.
In the quiet presence.
In the remembering of our girl.

Grief is never easy. And yet, with this kind of love, I know I’m not alone.
