Letting go of 2025, Hello 2026!

End-of-year reflections have arrived.

The recaps, the top nines, the awe, the survival stories, the quiet celebrations.

This post, every year, is honestly more for me than anyone else. It’s a moment in time I can scroll back to. A marker. A snapshot. A place to remember the word, the scripture, the season.

Lately, much of social media, even when created to serve, feels lost in the noise. I’m scrolling less. Engaging less. Choosing presence over performance. And with that awareness, you’ll see a shift from me in the year ahead.

In 2026, I’ll be sharing less, not less meaningful.

You’ll find me consistently here:

• the podcast

• Courage Tuesday teaches

• one weekly writing teach

You can also gather with me at Courage Circle twice a month, subscribe to the weekly newsletter, and watch for a new membership offering for those who want deeper, steadier practices.

2025 was a year of wholehearted living.

From courage and love.

From creation and grit.

For the first time in my 18 years as an entrepreneur, I did not create from hustle, striving, earning, or impressing. That still feels wild when I look at what was built:

• fully launching Courage is Built Here™

• writing three books

• launching Courage Circle

• creating the online Courage course

• starting the podcast

• filming a new speaker reel

• breathing life into Monarch Meadows Retreat

All while navigating the hardest economic year my business has ever faced.

All while grieving the loss of our Gracie.

All while radically changing my health, losing 15 pounds, and experiencing a level of pain relief that still feels miraculous.

All while forming new friendships, deepening old ones, and standing in awe of the people who walk beside me in this season.

I took more chances on myself than ever before.

I spoke to over 5,000 people.

I gave more. Served more. Trusted more.

My word for 2025 was Joy, paired with the reminder that the joy of the Lord is my strength.

Not joy because it was easy.

Joy in the refining of faith.

My faith is stronger, deeper, more authentic, and louder than it has ever been.

As I step toward 2026, I feel the promises ahead are bold and expansive. No matter what unfolds, I will live from, remember, work for, and choose His perfect peace.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

— Philippians 4:6–7

Here’s to releasing frustration, doubt, scarcity, fear, and striving.

Here’s to walking into peace, abundance, joy, love, and light.

Onward into 2026.
