Dare to Lead Training

Walk into and write freedom

Today is day three of my own open full Dare to Lead™ training with over thirty incredible leaders from education, nonprofits, government orgs, and manufacturing.

This cohort is special in a couple ways.

First, I have a couple of organizations I’ve been working with for a while represented in the room. I’m not sure there is much more amazing than hearing “our leaders have done this work with Justine. They are walking it out and our culture is changing. And now they are sending us through.”

Second, my best friend is in the room and she brought her team. And honestly, I’m not sure I’ll have words for this one for a bit besides what a freaking honor.

The work and stories that have unfolded so far are big, amazing stories.

And today we walk into and write freedom. It’s SFD day!
