We sometimes think vulnerability and authenticity can’t be fun

Leadership training can be fun and real.

Actually, I believe it has to be.

We sometimes think vulnerability and authenticity can’t be fun—so we bring in the latest fad or lean into gimmicks. And too often, that can leave people entertained, except not truly changed or feeling seen.

Today, I had the honor of closing out this year’s Alltru Credit Union Huddle, and I was so excited to be back with this incredible team. I worked with them two years ago and remembered their joy and love for one another. It’s something that really stuck with me.

Today didn’t disappoint. There was laughter, deep connection, and yes—tears. Why? Because they showed up fully!

Thank you, Kacie, for inviting me back to love on your amazing team! I absolutely LOVE working with you all!!
