Love always works and wins.

It is Monday of a short holiday week after a weekend that included a middle of the night trip to the emergency vet for Gertie for a very severe allergic reaction.

Things I didn’t feel like doing this morning?

My physical therapy heavy weights workout.

My sunrise quiet walk.

Low dopamine morning routine.

Things I did because I know they are very good for me, actually work to feel better, and I want to work those grooves into my brain more than the not so great ones?

My physical therapy heavy weights workout.

My sunrise quiet walk.

Low dopamine morning routine.

And with a bit of pushing myself and trusting the work, I feel so much better, awake, present, in my body, and ready for the day.

Because when you show up and follow through for yourself in actual care, you remember your worthiness, that it is going to be okay, and that love always works and wins.
