A Courageous Advent Teach

Take a breath.

Advent invites us to slow down and to feel.

To anticipate.

To sit in the messy middle of waiting.

Which isn’t always easy.

Joy might sit alongside sorrow.

Anticipation may feel tangled with grief.

Courage is the willingness to feel it all without becoming it.

Take a breath. What do you feel right now? Name it.

Because when we honor our emotions, we create space for healing and light.
