Back to School with Administrators with Justine Froelker

It’s always worth it.

Another school year is nearly upon us.
Today I had the honor of kicking off my Back to School season with the administrators at @ssdstl for our Accountability Check-In. Goodness, it was so good to see you all.

As usual, it was a little messy and full of courage because living in your values and leading with connection is messy. And it’s always courageous.

Most of all, it’s always worth it.

I’m so grateful for the districts that continue to pour into their people, choosing to do the deep, development work even in a season that’s stretching nearly every organization thin. That choice matters.

Here’s to a year of leading from courage, connection, and compassion all while holding people accountable and able.
