Dare to Lead Training

To learn to sit beside others

The one where my motherhood really shines.
???

One of my favorite workshops, the empathy lesson, with Anders CPAs + Advisors this morning.

To learn to sit beside others, even the ones who you are really struggling to even like, let alone love and lead well, and seek to understand them.

Not to fix.
Not to agree with.

Simply to sit with.
To witness.
To connect and walk one another through.
