Vendor Table at Learn St Louis 2024 for Justine Froelker leadership development

A full week of teaching courage

On Tuesday, I had a doubleheader of virtual events where I talked to nearly all squares with initials while looking in the camera hole to make eye contact with you.

Today, I had a doubleheader of in-person events. First, at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) – St. Louis Chapter Learn Conference, where I had a table for most of the day and got to teach part of my empathy lesson for a breakout. Then, I head down to Bayless School District to have my quarterly accountability check-in with them.

Both versions of speaking days take a lot out of me, just in very different ways. Both are full of authentic connections, just in very different ways. Both are a gift and I am so grateful.

And what does this full week of teaching courage mean for me tomorrow?

You guessed, no peopling! I love you and it is time for me to rest and refill.

Oh, and here is a picture of my vendor table. I am actually pretty proud of it despite it being one of the only ones without gadget freebies and candy (both of which are conscious choices that I get weirdly passionate about; that’s a whole other workshop, though).
