Beyond grateful

I am beyond grateful for organizations who choose to embed this work deeply – it’s an honor to walk alongside them. This is a way of life and leadership, an invitation to a different way. It’s not easy, it’s never perfect, and it is beyond worth it.

Thank you to my friends at SSD for a great day of review, practice, laughter, and connection. I know there is a lot going on, I don’t take for granted the sacrifice it takes to truly show up, lean in, do the work, and turn toward one another.
