Come Built With Me

At the end of the session, the leader admitted: Every time I see this on my calendar, I feel like I don’t have time for it. Sometimes I even feel a little resentment. And every single time, by the end of our time together, I am so grateful. For this work. For our team. For you.

That tension? It’s real. And it’s also the whole point.

Because chances are, you feel something similar when I walk in the room. Some of you are happy to see me. Some, not so much. Some of you are excited for the work. Some of you are deeply skeptical.

I see all of it. And I show up for all of it.

No matter the format. No matter the time or the investment or the buy-in. No matter how messy the room is when I get there.

Because it isn’t just 25 years of experience I bring. It isn’t just a curriculum I believe in with everything I have.

It’s me. All of me. Messy, funny, will-say-out-loud-what-most-are-thinking me. Fully emoting, loving-very-hard me.

That’s the thing that makes people feel seen.

That’s the thing that makes people believe they can live a life of courage too.

Lately, I’ve been in a lot of rooms full of people who are not okay. Which only tells me they are so hungry for this work. And it is my greatest joy and honor to teach it and walk alongside them as they do it.

Here’s what I know: I can’t make you do it. I can’t make you stick with it. I can’t make you not use it as a weapon.

What I can do is show you the way.

What I can promise you is this: no matter what is happening in your organization, no matter what your leader decides, you can always accept the invitation for yourself.

You are worthy of it. You deserve it.

And courage? It’s not a personality trait.

It is a practice.

And it is built here.

Keynotes, workshops, retreats, and of course, my full three-day training.

Come build with me.
