Justine Froelker - Business Speaker - Quote

Do the things.

When things get tough.
When it feels dark.
When life is a lot and maybe even too much…

Do the things.
The things that even if they don’t feel like they help, I promise, they do.

The foundations:
Move your body.
Get direct sunlight.
Put your feet in the grass.
Take good, true, deep breaths.
Drink clean, mineralized water.
Feed yourself good food.
Grab coffee or lunch with someone.
Listen to a couple of songs.
Belly laugh.
Hug someone.

Do the things.
Even just a few of them.

Most of all, know you are not alone, that you are loved, that you matter, that darkness will never overcome the light, and that this will pass.
