|  Blog Post   |  If you are ready.

If you are ready.

Most rooms I walk into aren’t super happy to see me.

A therapist as your facilitator and we’re going to talk about vulnerability and feelings at work?

And it may surprise some of you, especially my Brené Brown super fans, but many rooms I walk into, a majority have never heard of her or her incredible teachings and research.

Let alone, if we are there for a full training, knowing we are taking three days away from the to-do lists and life to learn the skills of courage.

There can be many stumbling blocks to the work.

So, it is testimonies and messages like the two below that go right into my Keep Going file.

If you are ready to embed the work into your life beyond the books and videos….

If you are ready to create change in your life and work…

If you are ready to truly walk in, live from, love, and lead with courage…

I would love for you to join me for one of my upcoming Dare to Lead™ trainings. For those outside of the St. Louis area, join me at the end of January for a virtual training. Or come in-person to St. Louis in April.

Info for both trainings is here.

“I cannot tell you enough how impactful your training has been to me as an administrator. I had read every Brené Brown book and watched every Ted Talk/YouTube clip and felt this research in my bones. In my 25 years in education, I have not had the development you provided at this level and as a leader who believes in continuous reflection and improvement, I have needed this for so long. I thank you for this.”

“In my 20 years of educational experience, I have never had such a dynamic, purposeful, and meaningful professional development. This should be required of all administrators. Justine is the one presenter I have seen who gave it 100% in terms of her personal investment. I would trust her with my career. She is an exceptional trainer and individual.”
