Justine Froelker Courage is Built Here

It was an honor.

There are always little ways I can gauge how your culture is doing when I speak at your events.

In the obvious moments—how many people offer to help, how often I’m asked if I need anything, the laughter at the tables, the cheers for teammates, how engaged, emotive, and open your people are to the material.

And then there are the unspokens—the love that quietly oozes for the work and for one another. The way you care for me as your speaker, without fanfare, just deeply felt presence, kindness, and attention to detail.

Today, I was loved on well by people who do hard, heart-heavy work every single day while pouring so much love into their communities.

Thank you, @CaritasFS, for welcoming me back after five years. It was an honor to pour into you. I hope you feel as loved by me as I do by you.
