Keep showing up, sharing the practice of feeling the fear, moving through it, and choosing love and connection.

Keep showing up.

Showing up online feels heavier and hard this week.

I’m navigating a lot of emotions—my own and others’—and choosing to lean into empathy, curiosity, and connection. If I’m honest, there’s a part of me that feels apprehensive in posting anything in this digital space right now. However, I was reminded from two different people of what I often share with you all, stand in your values.

So that’s where I am today—rooted in what matters most.

This week, I’m focused on what is right in front of me, guiding four events where we’ll dig into how to live, love, and lead with courage. And here, too, I’ll keep showing up, sharing the practice of feeling the fear, moving through it, and choosing love and connection.
