unplugged clarity by Justine Froelker corporate trainer

Less scrolling. More presence.

In the quiet of only one hour on social media a day, here are just a few lessons I have learned already this Lent season:

? I am informed enough.
? Consuming less about the world means I have more to give to the people right in front of me.
? I am not as anxious or angry as I thought—I was overstimulated, carrying what wasn’t mine, and not present.
? It’s not that thing, that person, or that tragedy causing my stress—it’s the story I tell myself about it.
? Life feels more full in a great way when I’m not constantly trying to document it for content.

Less scrolling. More presence. More clarity.

When was the last time you unplugged for a bit?
