Let people love you

When we don’t ask for help…
When we insist on doing everything ourselves…
When we never let anyone know us or in…

We steal an opportunity for them to love us well.
We also are probably pretty tired, resentful, and lonely.

We aren’t supposed to do this alone.

And it is true, sometimes we ask for help and don’t get it because sometimes people don’t have what we need.

At least we asked.
To not ask is to set a boundary that isn’t ours to set.

Let people love you.
