Justine Froelker - Mental Health Speaker - Quote

love is how we heal

How much and how often do you tell people you love them?

I am finding myself saying the words a lot.
To many people.
My friends.
Even people I work with.

Because it’s true.
I love them.

I love you.

Because I know how much people need, are yearning for, and feel so seen by being told, feeling, and seeing those three little words, especially in action.

I love you.

Perhaps it is because I have gotten so clear about my mission lately.
Perhaps it is because I have gotten so much clarity around my values.
Perhaps it is because I am finally living from knowing how loved I am and I am determined to make sure you know how loved you are.
Perhaps it is because I know love is our way through and forward.
Perhaps it is because love is how we heal.

So, receive this if you need it.
I love you. <3

Now go live from it and help others feel it too.
