Love them through it.

Holding space for the people we live with, love, work with, and lead is a gift we don’t always recognize for its profound impact.

This week, I’ve walked alongside people I care deeply about as they navigate some of life’s hardest moments—losing loved ones, betrayals in marriages, the demands of caregiving, deep grief, scary health concerns, and even the overwhelm of just trying to make it through another day.

It’s been a lot of hard.

It’s also been a lot of love.

And truly, an honor.

Life is heavy sometimes. People are carrying more than we can see. Be kind. Hold space. Love them through it.
