the courage work with Justine Froelker

My foundation is courage.

How do I know I’ve done my work…

I’m no longer reacting from my emotions,
living from untrue beliefs,
or looping in overreaction to something that simply needs a response.

Because my emotions are regulated.
My breath is calm.
My words are kind.
And my foundation is courage.

So what’s the work that gets you to that place?

Courage work, of course.
Values-based living.
Emotional well-being.
True self-care.
Authenticity.
Curiosity and trust.
Reclaiming and rewriting our stories.

Is it easy work? Of course not.
Is it worthy work? Always. <3
