Pella tulips, here we come.

Truthfully I’m still figuring out how to run my schedule so it doesn’t run me.

Following the first nudge and only accepting holy yeses definitely helps.

Turns out so does nature.

It’s not the best timing for me, but this week I’m taking some time off to see the tulips in Pella, Iowa.

I grew up in a no-stoplight town in Iowa, and we’ve always said, I’ve always wanted to see the tulips in Pella.

Well, life’s too short to keep saying I’ve always wanted…

Plus, the tulips only bloom so many weeks of the year.

So Pella tulips (and gluten-filled Dutch pastries for Chad), here we come!
