Sharing some courage work

I just returned from a great trip to a charming, historic small town, where I stayed in the most adorable Airbnb. Kicked off the school year with the incredible faculty and staff of Lexington Schools today. It was so rewarding to see the administrators who recently completed the full training with me—I’m beyond proud of them! This morning I had the honor of sharing some courage work with everyone.

And to top it all off, they surprised me with the sweetest and most thoughtful speaker gift basket, packed with treats safe for me (sorry, Chad). ?
