Stand strong in your values.

Just a little PSA from the therapy world on this Monday morning.

Feeling emotional whiplash and thinking to yourself: Wait, am I crazy?????

If you ever find yourself questioning your sanity, feeling confused, and knowing deep down that you’re not the crazy one, you might be experiencing gaslighting.

Whether it’s a loved one, a boss, a politician, a media source, or anyone else, it’s essential not to allow your peace to be taken.

Stand strong in your values and protect your mental health.
