Resilience Training Quote

Thank you for seeing me.

Nothing could have prepared me for the true friendships this courage work would bring into my life.

As a therapist and now a therapist turned speaker I’ve always had to have boundaries around relationships. Because, well, some of you really want me to be your therapist not a friend.

And therapists get paid.
Friends don’t.?

Or you just want to network.
Or want me to tell you the secret to writing a book or getting a TED talk or becoming a speaker.
Note: there is no secret besides just doing the work.

And so, not many cross into true friendship for me. The one’s who have though, dang I love you so much, am so thankful for you, and LOVE our lunches and texts, etc.

Thank you for seeing me.?
