This is tough.

The training budget may not match the needs this year. And this is tough.

I’m not sure we can really afford not to pour back into our people after these last two years, though.

What if meeting burnout and weariness, along with the excitement and uncertainty of change, with the skills of resilience, the feeling seen of empathy, and the leadership of courage, will restore and refill what’s been lost?

To move through, get to the other side, and be better than okay together.
