Yesterday, as the storm raged, my full-time job was birds and reading. Today, with the city blanketed in ice and snow silence, my priorities have shifted: convincing Winston to brave the cold for a potty break (he’s not a fan), tackling emails, prepping for events, and finishing writing a book.

First, though, a snow angel.
