Justine Froelker courage deck as writing prompt

No rules. No judgment. Just write.

A small daily writing practice can be a powerful way to live into your values, hear your inner voice, and set a meaningful intention for the day ahead. And the best part? It’s easy.

One of my favorite ways to do this is by pulling a card from my Courage Deck. I set a timer for five minutes, grab a pen (yes, pen and paper—no screens!), and simply write about whatever the card brings up for me.

No rules. No judgment. Just write.

If you don’t have much to say, that’s okay—you don’t need to fill the whole five minutes. And if the timer goes off while you’re still pouring out thoughts, keep going. This practice isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up with grace and love for yourself.

Give it a try and see how it shifts your day!
