Training supplies and workbook for full training

an investment of time, energy, and heart

One of my favorite testimonies ever came from a leader who admitted he thought attending my three-day Courage is Built Here™ training was a punishment from their boss.

At the end of our time together, they laughed, slapped the table, and said,
“Joke’s on them, this changed my entire life, and was so amazing!!”

I get it. Three full days away from work, to-do lists, and life is a big ask. It’s an investment of time, energy, and heart.

And every single time, participants tell me the same thing, it was so worth it.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. My February Courage is Built Here™ training is already filling quickly. Join me and a community of courageous humans ready to do the work that truly changes everything.
