how we heal and move forward

A palpable loss of culture.

His words hit hard.

And it is what I am hearing over and over even if not in those exact words.

In other words, our people are tired, they are telling us they don’t feel like they matter, they aren’t sure of the impact of our work…

And then, we don’t know how to help, it feels like we don’t have trust anymore, we are just trying to survive still…

When we say it out loud, it can’t own us.
We also realize we aren’t alone.
When we name it, we can navigate it.
Doing that together, in and through connection, is how we heal and move forward.

So what are you doing to create intentional connection?

Because the connection is the salve.
