Grab coffee or lunch with someone.
Listen to a couple of songs.
Belly laugh.
Hug someone.
Do the things.
Even just a few of them.
Most of all, know you are not alone, that you are loved, that you matter, that darkness will never overcome the light, and that this will pass.
