Dare to Lead Training

Afraid and brave

Markers and stickies in every color and cute and comfy sneakers can only mean one thing, today begins three days of courage with leadership teams from two different plants.

My first call with HR was three years ago. Two years later four of them came to my open training, and now, one year later we are here together.

I am so excited and anxious.

Afraid and brave.

Because courage is all of it.

Embracing the unknown, stepping out of your comfort zone, turning back to ourselves so we can turn toward one another and heal.

I can’t wait to see what the next three days have in store for us. Here goes something!
